These are minimum packages designed to set you up with the support and guidance you need to get off to a good start with your baby. Many families choose to reserve more support.

Studies have shown that parents who are rested and feel supported have more positive outcomes with breastfeeding and are at lower risk for postpartum depression and/or anxiety. In addition to conversations and individual attention from Doula Amy, the videos, clinics, workshops, and classes offered through her colleagues at Golden Gate Doula Associates are very helpful to parents.
